    Where is Peach Seas and who is behind it?
    We are currently located in Naples FL, USA. Peach Seas is the realized dream of Owner and Lead Artist, Arielle Hill :3

    Where can I follow your updates/news and get to know the people who make Peach Seas a reality?
    We keep our Facebook, Twitter , and Instagram accounts up to date on all new activities, product releases, and even behind the scenes action such as upcoming design doodles, live event road trips, and photo shoots! Feel free to join us and chit chat about the good things in life :)
    If online social networking isn't quite the tempo you move to, we also offer a Newsletter that you may sign up for at any time! Our newsletter is the best way to ensure you don't miss out on new product releases or preorder opportunities.

    Do you attend any Live Events?

Products

    Do you offer your products for wholesale?
    Yes, most of our products are available at bulk discounts (including at-cost pricing of new projects) for retailers. Please refer all wholesale inquiries to Arielle@PeachSeas.com and we'll be in touch.

    Are your products safe for children?
    Our products are not safe for children under the age of 6. Some pieces are small and can become a chocking hazard for unsupervised children.

    Do your products contain any allergens?
    We understand that allergies can pose a serious risk to our customers. For those who may have an adverse reaction to any metals used in our products we recommend exchanging earring findings, chains, and any other pieces for materials they are more comfortable with. As for other allergen concerns we do share space with a few animals, cats in fact, and although we do our best to keep any dander away from all products, we cannot guarantee that some will not make it's way onto products or into packages. If you have any further concerns or special requests for your order regarding hypoallergenic measures, please contact us at CustomerService@PeachSeas.com and we'll do everything in our power to accommodate you :)

Ordering

    What is the currency for your prices?
    All prices are in USD.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal.

    When can I expect my Preorder item?
    Any orders which contain a "Preorder" item will only ship once the new merch has arrived at our facility. Expected arrival dates for Preorder items are listed on their respective product pages. If you would like your non-preorder items shipped to you separately, you'll need to make two separate orders : one for the Preorder item, and another for any non-preorder items, or contact us at CustomerService@PeachSeas.com and we'll set up a special invoice just for you :).

Shipping

    What carrier do you use for shipments?
    We ship our orders using United States Postal Service (USPS).

    Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes! We happily ship international orders.

    What are your shipping rates?

      Domestic Shipments
      Our domestic shipping rates are determined by weight and will be calculated for you during the checkout process.

      International Shipments
      Our international shipping rates are determined by weight and will be calculated for you during the checkout process.


    When can I expect my shipment?
    We process and package orders 1-3 days after receiving payment. You'll receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. Deliveries within the United States can be expected between 3-7 business days after the ship date and include tracking. International deliveries can be expected between 10 days to 3 weeks after shipping date. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur for international orders. Although these are the average transit estimates, you may experience delays with your order. Please allow an additional 4 days for orders within the United States, and an additional 2 weeks for international orders before reporting a lost shipment.

    What should I do if I've given the wrong shipping address by mistake?
    Email us immediately at CustomerService@PeachSeas.com if you have not yet received an e-mail that your item has shipped. If your package is still in our possession we will gladly update the address for you. If your package has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the individual at the package's destination and work out some means of collecting the package yourself. If your order is shipped back to us from an incorrect address you will be informed via e-mail and asked to submit payment to reship the order to the desired address.

    My product arrived broken! What should I do next?
    OH NO! Please send a photo of the broken item and your order number to CustomerService@PeachSeas.com and we'll send you a replacement right away! At this time we do not require you to ship back the broken merchandise, however this standard is subject to change. We will not replace any damaged items after 12 days from the ship date of USA orders, or after 22 days from the ship date of international orders.
